I build for the expensive edge cases.
Founder at Pama Technologies. I design and engineer products where sync, money, permissions, offline state and real users make things interesting.

I learn fastest when I have to live with the architecture.

Campus marketplace · Mobile + web
Pamastore
Making campus commerce trustworthy after the happy path ends.
Pamastore grew from a campus marketplace into a cross-platform commerce system where payments, inventory, seller payouts, chat, delivery handoff and app-store policy all had to agree on the same truth.

Business operating system · Offline-capable
PamaOS
Turning a growing business suite into modules that own their data.
PamaOS is a modular operating system for small businesses: Products, Inventory, Kitchen, Staff Feeding, people and branch permissions. The difficult work has been keeping those modules independent without letting stock, pricing or access control drift apart.

Track
A timer for my “Sin Hours” turned into a local-first systems project.
Track started as a personal attempt to make wasted time visible. Wanting it to work without the internet pulled me into durable local state, mutation journals, reconciliation, record-level sync, native alarms and all the places where two copies of reality can disagree.

Client work gets the same systems thinking, without making the engineering the hero.

Creative portfolio · CMS + media
OATGRAPHIX
A motion designer’s portfolio that the client can actually operate.
OATGRAPHIX needed to feel like a motion studio, not a template—and the site could not depend on a developer every time a new project video was ready. I built the public portfolio and a small secure publishing system behind it.

Learning platform · Billing + live classes
OneStepSmarter
Hardening the workflows a school cannot afford to get wrong.
OneStepSmarter is a learning platform where parent billing, learner provisioning, timetables, live classes, assignments and notifications all meet. My most valuable work was making those flows correct under retries, delayed events and real production timing.

Marketplace · Web + native shell
Africart
Commerce where identity, geography and money all affect the answer.
Africart is a multi-sided marketplace built across web and a native Capacitor surface. The deeper work has been canonical product identity, seller payout safety, location-aware delivery and making comparison logic obey the same rules as checkout.
↗03 · How I work
I would rather model the failure than decorate the happy path.
Read the history
I trace the existing architecture and production incidents before introducing a new abstraction.
Protect invariants
Money, stock, identity, permissions and durable state get explicit server-side boundaries.
Design for retries
Timeouts, duplicate callbacks, lost acknowledgements and stale clients are normal states—not surprises.
Validate what changed
I prefer focused evidence over rerunning expensive suites that have already proven unrelated code.
04 · About
I'm Stephen Tioluwani, a full-time founder at Pama Technologies—and I still like partnering with people who have a problem worth caring about.
This portfolio is less interested in listing every framework I have touched and more interested in showing how I make decisions when a product becomes complicated.
I build web and mobile products, usually close enough to the backend that I have to care about what happens when the network, payment provider or human being behaves unexpectedly.
